In a mixing bowl, combine 250 grams of mango puree, 1 cup (120 grams) all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, a pinch of salt, 1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, 1/2 cup (100 grams) granulated white sugar, 2 eggs, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract to make the cake batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake tins and bake for 32-35 minutes.

Prepare the mango sauce by mixing 100 grams of mango puree, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp cornstarch, and 2 tbsp water in a saucepan and cook until thickened.
