Prepare a bag of rice flour and a bag of tapioca starch.

Gather ginger, lime, green onion, cilantro, onion, fish sauce, mushroom seasoning, crab powder, chicken thigh, shrimp, imitation crab, pork sausage, and shrimp cake.

Add 3 1/2 cups of water to a pot. When it boils, add the mixture of flours.

Pour a bag of tapioca starch into a bowl.
