Preheat the Blackstone griddle on low heat.
Lay out 1 pound of Smithfield center cut thick cut bacon strips side by side on the griddle.
After about 1 minute, turn the bacon to ensure even cooking.
Continue to move the bacon around to avoid burning and to check for hotspots on the griddle.
After about 4-5 minutes, check the bacon for doneness; if you like it crispy, leave it on a little longer.
Once the bacon is done, remove it from the griddle one by one.
Scrape the griddle clean after removing the bacon.
Butter slices of regular bread on both sides and place them on the griddle.
Cook the toast on medium heat, checking after 45 seconds to avoid burning.
Flip the toast after 15-20 seconds on the second side and remove when done.
Add oil to the griddle to prevent the eggs from sticking, then add butter for flavor.
Crack 4 eggs onto the griddle, ensuring they don't run too far back.
After about 30 seconds, move the outer whites around for even cooking.
After about 1-1.5 minutes, check the eggs for doneness and flip them if solid.
Test the eggs for doneness; soft for over easy, harder for well done.
Remove the eggs once they reach the desired doneness.
