1 cup Daal Mong (yellow split gram)
1 cup Daal Masoor (red lentil)
1 cup Daal Channa (split chickpea lentil)
1 cup Daal Mash (skinned black gram split)
1 chopped Tomato
1 chopped Onion
1 cup Yogurt
2 cup Oil
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Salt (or to taste)
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Coriander powder
8-10 Whole chillies
5-6 Green chillies

Prepare all the ingredients as listed.

In a pot, combine the lentils and add water. Cook until tender.

In a separate pan, heat oil and prepare the masala with chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, and spices.

Add the cooked lentils to the masala and mix well.

Prepare the tarka by heating oil and adding whole chillies, then pour it over the lentil mixture.

Serve hot with yogurt.
