1 cup Moong dal
1 cup Masoor dal
Oil (as required)
1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic crushed
2 Green chillies chopped
2 Tomatoes chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Garam masala
1 teaspoon Coriander crushed
½ teaspoon Red chilli flakes
1 teaspoon Crushed cumins
1 teaspoon Cream
1 teaspoon Butter
½ bunch Coriander leaves chopped
¼ teaspoon Turmeric
¼ cup Ghee
1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic julienne cut
½ teaspoon Jeera
½ teaspoon Red chilli powder

Rinse the Moong dal and Masoor dal thoroughly and soak them for a while.

In a pot, heat oil and add the crushed ginger-garlic, chopped green chillies, and sauté until fragrant.

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.

Stir in the soaked lentils and add water as needed to achieve desired consistency.

Season with salt, turmeric, and red chilli powder, and let it simmer until the lentils are cooked through.

Add garam masala, crushed coriander, red chilli flakes, and crushed cumins, stirring well.

Finish with cream, butter, and ghee, mixing until combined.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and julienne cut ginger-garlic before serving.
