Heat oil in a pot until hot.

Add 1 tablespoon Arabic oil and 1/2 tablespoon ghee to the pot.

Add whole spices (cardamom, cloves, black pepper) to the oil.

Add sliced onions to the pot and sauté until golden brown.

Add 1 tablespoon garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste and fry well.

Add chicken to the pot and fry until browned.

Add 400 grams of tomato slices and cook until softened.

Add spices: 2 tablespoons Arabic spice mix, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt.

Add 50 grams of tomato paste and mix well.

Add dry lemon, mint leaves, and coriander leaves to the mixture.

Add a little water and mix, cooking until the tomatoes are soft.

Add 3 tablespoons lemon juice and mix well.

Add the fried chicken back into the pot and mix thoroughly.

Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

Boil water and add salt, dry lemon, and bay leaves.

Add 1/2 kg basmati rice to the boiling water and cook until 75% done.

Layer the partially cooked rice over the chicken mixture in the pot.

Add rose water, Arabic ghee, cinnamon powder, and green cardamom powder on top of the rice.

Cover with aluminum foil and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
