Vietnamese Shaking Beef Rice Bowls

Prepare bowls by placing a serving of rice at the bottom.
Top rice with the steak and vegetable mixture.
Garnish with sliced green onions and cilantro.
Serve with lime wedges and sliced cucumber on the side.
