Channa dal - 1/4 Cup
Urad dal - 1/2 Cup
Sabudana (Sago) - 2 Tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1 Tbsp
Himalayan Pink Salt - 2 Tbsp

Soak barley, brown rice, channa dal, urad dal, sabudana, and fenugreek seeds in water for several hours or overnight.

Drain the soaked ingredients and blend them into a smooth batter, adding water as needed.

Add Himalayan pink salt to the batter and mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and pour a ladleful of batter to form a dosa.

Cook until the edges lift and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
