400 grams tomatoes
3 green peppers

1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1.5 teaspoons red pepper powder
Turkish white cheese (quantity to taste)

Grate 400 grams of red tomatoes and remove the skin.

Chop 3 green peppers and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of refined oil in a pan.

Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the oil.

Fry the chopped green peppers for 2-3 minutes.

Add the grated tomatoes to the pan and cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes without drying out the water.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1.5 teaspoons of red pepper powder to taste.

Lower the flame and add Turkish white cheese, allowing it to melt.
