1 tablespoon butter
2 Turkish chilies
4 Roma tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
4 large eggs

Heat a pan over medium heat.

Remove the heads from the Turkish chilies and cut them into 1.5 to 2 cm pieces.

Sauté the chopped peppers in the heated pan.

Cut the Roma tomatoes in half, remove the ends, and chop them into similar sizes as the peppers.

Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan with the peppers.

Add salt to the tomatoes to help break them down faster.

If the mixture is too dry, add a little bit of water.

Add approximately 30g of butter to the pan to enrich the dish.

Crack 1 to 1.5 eggs per person into the pan and gently mix, breaking the yolks but keeping them slightly runny.

Remove from heat when the egg whites have coagulated but the yolks remain soft.
