Chop the onions and green pepper.

Heat a small pan and add some olive oil and optionally some butter.

Add the chopped onions to the pan and cook until soft, adding some salt while cooking.

Add the green peppers to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan, smash them softly, and let them cook until they release their liquid.

Add spices: approximately 1 teaspoon each of black pepper, red pepper flakes, and paprika powder.

Add the eggs to the pan; mix them beforehand if you prefer, otherwise crack them directly into the pan.

Cook the eggs on low heat to prevent drying out; leave a bit liquid for flavor.

Crumble some Turkish white cheese on top after cooking.
