Originating from the vibrant street food culture of Ghana, Khebab is a popular dish enjoyed by many during celebrations and gatherings. Traditionally made with marinated meat and colorful vegetables, it reflects the rich flavors and communal spirit of Ghanaian cuisine. Today, Khebab has found its way into various culinary scenes around the world, often adapted with different meats and spices to suit local tastes.

Mix together 1/2 cup powdered pepper, 2 cups granite powder, 1 tablespoon ginger powder, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon ground anise seed, 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg, stock cube, and salt to taste in a bowl until combined.
Scoop some of the kebab pepper mixture and add enough vegetable oil to achieve a paste-like consistency.
Rub the kebab marinade all over the choice of protein (sausages, gizzard, chicken, and beef) generously.
Let the marinated meat sit for roughly 30 minutes.
Charcoal grill the kebabs, turning occasionally for even cooking.
Transfer the cooked kebabs to a tray and pour some kebab pepper over them.
