1 1/2 inch ginger
5-8 cloves garlic
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped
2 green chili
a dash haldi
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp kasuri methi
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tbsp butter
