1 tsp cumin seeds
2 dry chilli
5 green chilli
1 tbsp ginger
300 gm tomato
rock salt as required
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
200 gm toor dal
50 gm masoor dal
50 gm moong Dal
1 tbsp Kasuri Methi powder
1 tsp jeera powder
coriander leaves
50 ml ghee

Heat oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add dry and green chillies and sauté for a minute.

Stir in ginger and cook until fragrant.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

Season with rock salt, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder.

Add the mixed dals (toor, masoor, moong) and stir well.

Pour in water and cook until the dals are soft.

Add Kasuri Methi powder and jeera powder, mix well.

Finish with ghee and garnish with coriander leaves.
