2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry and fit it into a tart pan, trimming the edges.

Prick the bottom of the pastry with a fork and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
