Add 3 tablespoons peanuts and roast on medium flame until they turn dark and aromatic.

Add 2-3 tablespoons almonds to the pan and roast on low flame until slightly dark.

Add cashews to the pan and continuously stir to prevent burning.

Remove the cashews once they are roasted.

Add pumpkin seeds to the pan and roast until they start cracking.

Remove the pumpkin seeds from the pan once roasted.

Mix all the roasted dry fruits in a bowl.

Roast cornflakes in the pan on low flame for 2-3 minutes until crispy.

In the same pan, add 1 teaspoon ghee for spices.

Add 1 teaspoon soft spices to the pan.

Add 0.5 teaspoon ring and roast for a few seconds.

Add 0.5 teaspoon coriander powder, 0.75 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder, 0.75 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon rock salt, and 0.5 teaspoon white pepper powder to the pan and roast until fragrant.

Reduce the flame to low and mix in the roasted cornflakes with the spices.

Add raisins to the mixture for sweetness.

Continue to roast the namkeen on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

Remove the namkeen from the pan and let it cool in a bowl.

Once cooled, add powdered sugar to the namkeen and mix well.
