Prepare the glaze by mixing three tablespoons of moltos with hot water until dissolved, then add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and hoisin sauce, along with a little red food coloring.

Place the ribs on a rack and brush them with the prepared glaze.

Return the ribs to the oven and bake for 10 minutes, brushing with more glaze halfway through.

After 10 minutes, flip the ribs over, brush with glaze, and bake for another 4 minutes.
