In a bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 pack of dry active yeast, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Gradually add 1.5 cups of warm water and mix with hands until combined.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 to 45 minutes to rise.
Prepare the pepper sauce by blending tomato, onion, and pepper together.
In a frying pan, heat some oil and cook the blended pepper mixture on low heat without adding water.
Add 1 seasoning cube, 1 teaspoon of boiling chicken seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper to the sauce and stir.
Once the pepper sauce is cooked, heat oil in a frying pan for frying the dough.
Fry spoonfuls of the dough until golden brown, ensuring enough oil is used to prevent flatness.
Remove the fried dough and drain on paper towels.
