1/3 cup spring onion
3 cloves garlic
1 pod chili (mild)
salt
black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon coriander powder
100 ml of pomegranate molasses
50-70 ml of water

In a big frying pan over high heat add olive oil and drained chicken liver.

Stir for few minutes till the liquid will be evaporated, lower the heat to a medium-low.

Add pomegranate molasses (if molasses is thick add little of water), bring it to a boil, cover and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
