1 medium onion
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
to taste curry leaves
3 cloves garlic
1 chili pepper
1 tablespoon masala
2 medium tomatoes
1 cup snake beans
1 cup okra
1/4 cup cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
to taste steak
2 eggs

Start by preparing the chicken liver and vegetables, including okra and snake beans.

Chop onions and add them to the cooking oil in a pan.

Add fresh ginger to the pan and mash it before mixing it in.

Once the onions are cooking, add curry leaves to the pan.

When the curry leaves start popping, add chopped garlic and more chili if needed.

Mix in the masala and then add the chicken liver to the pan.
