juice of 3 lemons
2 medium-sized onions, finely diced
3 red chilies
2 cups finely chopped tomatoes
5 spring onions
small bunch of coriander leaves
4 cups of coconut milk
sea salt
lime wedges to serve

Cut the fish, removing the skin and bloodline, then wash it with water.
