Put oil in a pan and begin to fry the chicken livers.

Cook the chicken livers on one side until they get a nice brown color, then flip them to cook the other side.

After both sides are cooked, add 2 diced garlic cloves and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add black pepper and rosemary, then stir them in.

Cut 2 onions into half-moon slices and add them to the pan.

Add a little salt and stir for a minute.

If you prefer liver with just onions and no tomatoes, you can end here.

To make a gravy, add tomatoes and let them cook for about 4 minutes, stirring and smashing from time to time.

Add soup thickening powder mixed with a bit of water and let it boil down for a bit.

For the okra, cut it into small pieces and add to a pan with oil already heating up.

Fry the okra on medium heat until most of them are slightly charred.

Add diced onion to the okra and mix them in.

Cook for a minute, then add chilies and salt.
