Roast the groundnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden, about 5-7 minutes.

In a bowl, combine cassava flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix in the groundnuts, onion, garlic, and chili powder until well combined.
Gradually add water to form a dough.
Knead the dough briefly until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
Shape the dough into small discs or crackers.
Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with vegetable oil.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden and crisp, about 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
