Wash the oxtail and add natural seasoning.
Add 2 teaspoons of hot chili pepper for spice.
Add frozen ginger and garlic blend.
Add 1 tablespoon of cow seasoning and 2 tablespoons of salt; mix well.
Add 1 cup of water and let it marinate for 30 minutes, covered.
After marinating, add an extra cup of water and place on heat.
Cook for about 15 minutes to an hour until the meat is tender.
After about 20 minutes, check the meat; if not soft enough, cook for another 30 minutes.
In a pan, add oil (amount to preference) and chopped onions; sauté until translucent.
Add blended pepper to the onions and stir; allow to simmer until water is drained.
Add 1 pack of Tasty Tom tomato paste (1.1 kg) and stir; let it simmer for 5-10 minutes while stirring continuously.
Add 1 cup of water to the stew, ensuring it is not too liquidy.
Add 1 Maggi cube and stir; let it simmer for some time.
Add the cooked oxtail and its stock to the stew; stir well.
