½ Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
2 Tbsp Onion
1 Green Chilli
1 Tsp Ginger
1 Grated Potato
2 Tbsp Carrot
2 Tbsp Capsicum
2 Tbsp Green Peas
1 And ½ Cup Water
½ Tsp Chilli Flakes
½ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Pepper Powder
½ Cup Suji / Semolina
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
¼ Cup Flour
1/3 Cup Water

Cook oil, cumin, and sesame seeds for 30 seconds.

Add onion, green chilli, ginger, grated potato, carrot, capsicum, and green peas; cook for 1 minute.

Add water, chilli flakes, salt, and pepper; mix well.

Stir in suji/semolina and coriander leaves; cook until the mixture separates from the pan.

Cool down for 5 minutes.

Grease oil in hands and shape the mixture into cutlets.

Prepare flour slurry by mixing flour and water.

Dip cutlets in flour slurry and coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry in medium heated oil for 7-8 minutes.
