1 chopped beetroot
1 grated carrot
3 chopped green chillies
1 chopped onion
chopped coriander
1/2 cup peas
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon crushed coriander powder
1 cup bread crumbs
salt to taste

5 tablespoon plain flour (maida) or corn starch or oats flour

Take 3 boiled and mashed potatoes and add 1 chopped beetroot, 1 grated carrot, 3 chopped green chillies, 1 chopped onion, chopped coriander, 1/2 cup peas, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, and 1 teaspoon crushed coriander powder. Mix well.

Take 5 tablespoon plain flour (maida) and add 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Gradually add water to make a slurry of running consistency.

Take a small portion of the mixed veg dough and shape it into cutlets of your choice. Dip in the slurry and then coat with bread crumbs.

Preheat the Cosori air fryer for 5 minutes at 205 degrees Celsius. Place parchment paper in the basket and arrange the prepared cutlets.

Set the Cosori air fryer for 18-20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. After 8 minutes, apply oil on both sides and flip the cutlets in between until ready.
