Veg Cutlet

1 Medium Broccoli Crown
2 Medium size carrots
226 gm Paneer
1 cup Oats
2 green chilies
5 garlic cloves
1 small bunch cilantro / coriander leaves
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Pink Himalayan Rock Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp oil

Roast broccoli and carrots in the air fryer. Cut veggies into medium size, drizzle little oil, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Air fry for 6 minutes. If you don't have an air fryer, you may roast it in the oven. Let it cool down.

Grind the roasted veggies coarsely in a food processor along with green chilies, garlic, and cilantro.

Grind 1 cup oats into powder form.

In a large bowl, add all the ground ingredients. Add the dry spices and ground oats, and a little oil. Mix well to combine and make cutlets.

For air frying: Pre-heat air fryer. Air fry for 10 minutes at 385°F. Turn each piece and continue to air fry for 5 to 8 more minutes.

For pan frying: Heat a pan, drizzle little oil, place the cutlets, and shallow fry until done.
