Add 200 g of okra and 1 eggplant (280 g); sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.

Stir in 1 teaspoon of tomato paste (optional).

Add 4 pieces of malundo fish (mackerel) and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add 1 fish bouillon cube and a pinch of salt.

Add 250 g of spinach and 400 ml of water; cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes, stirring regularly.

Add 4 pieces of soaked cod and cover again; let it cook for another 10 to 15 minutes.
