Mix lemon juice, garlic, salt, chili flakes, and smoked paprika in a bowl.

Add chunks of tofu to the marinade and coat well.

Leave the tofu to marinate for 1 hour.

Fry the marinated tofu chunks in olive oil until golden and set aside.

In the same pan, cook chopped onions until translucent.

Add minced garlic, chopped chili, and diced tomatoes, cooking for a few minutes.

Add back the fried tofu and 200 g of butternut squash to the pan.

Pour in enough vegetable broth to cover the veggies and cook for about 20 minutes until the squash is soft.
