Lamb Wraps with Conrad Sauce | Street Food Style

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Add lamb to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

While the lamb marinates, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.

Chop the tomato, cucumber, and red onion into small pieces.

Once marinated, grill the lamb for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches desired doneness.

Remove the lamb from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.

Warm the pita bread on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.

Assemble the wraps by placing sliced lamb on the pita, followed by chopped vegetables, feta cheese, and a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.

Sprinkle chopped parsley on top for garnish.

Fold the pita around the filling and serve immediately.
