Add 1 and 1/2 cups of warm water, 1 tablespoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar to a mixing bowl; whisk to combine.

Add 1 packet of active dry yeast to the mixture; mix with a wire whisk and let sit for 5 to 8 minutes.

Add the yeast mixture to a dough mixer.

Add 4 and 1/2 cups of bread flour and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil; mix until dough forms.
