Fry the cheese balls in batches until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per batch.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
In a separate pan, combine honey, milk, and cardamom powder over low heat until warm.
Soak the fried balls in the warm honey mixture for a few minutes before serving.
