2 onions (chopped)
3 tbsp yogurt/curd
salt as per taste
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chickpea flour/besan
1 tsp rice flour
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp oil (any of your choice)
1/2 cup water

In a bowl, add yogurt/curd, chaat masala, and 1 tbsp chopped cilantro. Mix well and put in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

In another bowl, add chickpea flour, rice flour, pepper, salt, turmeric, red chilli, and cumin powder. Mix well.

Add water to the dry mixture and mix into a liquid; it need not be perfect.

Add chopped onions to the mixture and mix well.

In a non-stick pan, pour a spoonful of oil and bring to heat for 4 minutes, then lower the flame.

Using a fork, place the batter mixed onions in little circle shapes in the pan, keeping each one separate.

Cook for 3 minutes, then flip gently to the other side and let it cook, flipping 1-2 times more until golden brown in color.

Turn off the flame, take out the yogurt mix from the refrigerator, dip your fritters into it, and enjoy hot & cold.
