1 cup sugar
1 whole lime
3 carrots
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup vinegar
rice noodles
rice paper

Boil a piece of brisket in water with 2 tablespoons of salt for 1 hour.

Season 2 pounds of ground pork with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of shallot, 1 tablespoon of garlic, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

Mix the ground pork mixture well by hand.
