2-3 tbsp Jaggery syrup

Heat pan on low flame and roast the nuts and seeds for a few minutes till they turn crunchy.

Remove them and let them cool down. Meanwhile, roast the grains on the pan till they turn slightly brown.

You don't need to roast the dried fruits or berries.

Add all ingredients and pour jaggery syrup over them.

Spread them flat and let them dry.

Due to the stickiness of jaggery, some grains and nuts may bind together. Once cooled and dried you can separate them.

Make for at least a week and store this in air tight container.
