1 lb catfish
1 lb cassava
2 medium plantains
1 lb sweet potatoes
0.5 lb eggplant
0.5 cup shado beni
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
2 shallots
1 stalk celery
1 tablespoon ginger
1 bell pepper
1 mango
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups water
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Head to the market to buy provisions and catfish.

Select ripe plantains and cassava for boiling and frying.

Return to the kitchen and clean the provisions.

Boil the provisions in water for 30 minutes.
