In a bowl add fenugreek leaves, Besan, thick gram flour and water to make a flowing consistency batter.

Now add green chilli, salt, pepper powder and mix it.

Take a pan and heat 1 tbsp oil in it.

Now add soda to the batter, add lemon juice and hot oil on it and mix it.

In a pan heat oil for frying and take spoonfuls of batter and add it to hot oil.

Fry it till it's slightly golden.

Serve it hot with chutney of your choice.
