1 pepper of your choice in slices
4-5 garlic cloves in slices
2-3 tomatoes either in cubes or slices

cut the potatoes and the rest of vegetables in cubes and slices

add into a casserole a wet parchment paper big enough to fold and cover the food

add all the ingredients into the casserole/pan, mix very well

fold the parchment to cover the food and bake at 400F (200C) for about 1 hour and 15 mins

take out of the oven, uncover and add some grated Graviera

pop it into the oven again and bake for another 10-15 mins
