1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup warm water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 lb minced meat (ground beef or lamb)
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 tablespoon spices (cumin, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper)

Finely chop the red and green bell peppers, onion, and parsley, and set aside.

Mix instant dry yeast with sugar, warm water, and vegetable oil, and whisk well.

Add salt to the flour and mix it into the liquid mixture.

Knead the dough by hand for 10 minutes until it becomes firm.

Grease the bottom of a bowl, place the dough inside, cover it, and let it rest in the kitchen for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, punch down the dough and knead it slightly.

Divide the dough into six portions, shape each portion into a round ball, and flatten them slightly with your palm.

Let the dough balls rest in the kitchen for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the minced meat with the chopped vegetables, tomato paste, and spices, and knead well with your hands.

Roll out each dough ball into a round shape.

Place them on oiled parchment paper on a baking tray and spread the meat mixture evenly on top of each dough.

Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180° C for 15 to 20 minutes.
