Wash and cut mutton or lamb into pieces.

Season meat with one Maggi seasoning cube, a little salt, half of the black pepper, and half of the garlic powder; mix well.

Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a large frying pan or wok.

Add seasoned meat to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, then turn pieces over and cook for a total of 5 minutes; turn off heat.

In a disposable aluminum tray, add rice, powdered sugar, and contents of 10 tea bags; mix well.

Place a rack on top of the tray and arrange the pieces of meat on the rack.

Wrap the tray tightly with aluminum foil to trap smoke.

Place the tray on the stove over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees Celsius.

After 10 minutes, transfer the tray to the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Slice the fresh onion and chili pepper while the meat cooks in the oven.

After 20-25 minutes, remove the tray from the oven and unwrap it.
