Walking Tacos

1.5 pounds ground chuck
1 yellow onion
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons homemade taco seasoning
nacho flavored Doritos or Cool Ranch Doritos or Fritos
green onions
tomatoes
lettuce
shredded cheese
squeezable sour cream
sliced jalapenos
olives

Place a large skillet over medium high heat.

Add 1.5 pounds of ground chuck to the pan.

Use a meat chopper to break down the ground beef and start browning it.

Dice 1 yellow onion and add it to the ground beef.

Cook the onion until it gets nice and soft and browned up with the ground beef.

Drain excess grease from the ground beef and onion using paper towels.

Add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet.

Add 3 tablespoons of homemade taco seasoning to the skillet.

Blend the taco seasoning with the ground beef and onion until coated and simmer for 5 minutes.

Turn off the burner and prepare toppings: slice green onions, tomatoes, and dice lettuce.

Take a bag of chips, flip it upside down, and open it up.

Crunch the chips slightly with your hands.

Add taco meat, lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, olives, shredded cheese, and sour cream to the bag.

Fold the bag down and give it a shake.
