1 lb Certified Angus Beef ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup onions, diced
1/4 cup jalapenos, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons homemade taco seasoning
1/4 cup green chilies, diced
1/2 cup queso
1 bag of individual-sized Fritos
1/2 cup koji cheese, shredded
1/4 cup sour cream
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Caramelize onions and jalapenos on a low heat side of the Blackstone grill.
