3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 leaves lettuce
1/2 cucumber
1/4 cup mint leaves
1/2 cup pickled carrots
4 oz vermicelli noodles
1/4 cup fried shallots
1 mango
2 tablespoons peanut butter
3 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1/4 cup cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon honey

Chop shallots and fat trimmings into small pieces.

Partially freeze the ground pork and fat trimmings for a couple of hours for easier blending.

Add the frozen pork and fat trimmings to a food processor.
