1 medium onion
2 T oil
1/2 can diced tomatoes
1 red chili pepper (with seeds)
4 C water
1 cube (1 t) beef bouillon
2 t salt
1/2 t turmeric
2 t cumin
2 large baking potatoes
1 lime
1 French baguette

Fry chopped onion in oil until translucent.

Add diced tomatoes and red chili pepper to the pan.

Once tomatoes begin to break down, add ground beef and fry, breaking into small pieces.

Add water, seasonings, and diced potatoes.

Let cook over medium heat until potatoes are cooked through and water has reduced by a little more than half, leaving a saucy mixture.
