1 tbsp chickpea flour
2 tbsp oil

Take 1 cup of wheat flour in a bowl.

Add salt to the flour and mix well with a spoon.

Gradually add water and knead the dough until it resembles dough for puris.

Cover the dough with a lid and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, and 1/2 tsp red chili powder to the onions.

Add coriander leaves to taste and 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Mix all the ingredients by hand until well combined.

Add 1 tbsp chickpea flour and mix again to absorb moisture from the onions.

Take a portion of the rested dough and roll it out with some flour.

Spread the onion mixture evenly on the rolled dough.

Roll the dough with the filling inside and cut into small pieces.

Flatten each piece slightly with a knife or pizza cutter.
