Tenderize steaks on both sides and salt.
Slice two garlics per steak and spread out over steaks.
Roll up steaks.
Add 1 tablespoon corn oil to pan and heat, then melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
Add steaks when pan is hot to brown steaks on both sides.
Add 2 tablespoons of white wine.
Once medium rare, keep steaks in pan and set aside to continue cooking to medium done and soak up the flavor.
Peel and French cut potatoes.
Heat corn oil to 375 degrees, enough oil to cover potatoes.
Add potatoes and cook until golden brown.
Remove from the oil, drain well, and salt to taste.
Add enough oil to cover eggs into pan.
When hot, add eggs and cook to keep yolk soft, salting to taste.
