Dice one stock of green onion.

In a bowl, combine 300 g of ground pork with 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp of rice cooking wine, 1 tbsp of corn starch, and 1 tbsp of oil.

Mix all the ingredients together well.

Add half of the diced green onion to the mixture and continue mixing.

Set the marinated pork aside to marinate for 10 minutes.

Rinse three small Chinese eggplants clean and remove the ends.

Cut a slit in each piece of eggplant for stuffing.

Stuff a generous amount of the marinated pork into each eggplant.
