2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp channa dal
1 tsp urad dal
2-3 red dry chili pieces
10-12 cashews
1 inch ginger chopped
3-4 chopped green chilies
2 bunch curry leaves

Smash the cooked rice in a bowl.

Add the curd to the smashed rice and mix well.

In a pan, heat the oil and add mustard seeds, channa dal, and urad dal, and fry them.

Add the red dry chili pieces and fry.
