How to make Curry Mango 2021

Heat a tablespoon of coconut oil in a pan.

Add one tablespoon of Indian curry to the oil and let it cook for about a minute.

Add a little water to the curry to help it cook and release its flavors.

Once the water has dried out, check for oil separation from the curry.

Add chopped green mangoes (with skin on) to the curry mixture.

Add black pepper, sea salt, garlic powder, and green seasoning to the mixture.

Add more water and cover the pan to allow it to cook.

After about 10 minutes, add a lot of sugar to balance the sourness of the mango.

Add a little more water and cover again, cooking on low to blend the flavors.

After another five minutes, the dish should be ready.
