2 tbsp Curry powder
2 tbsp Anchar Masala
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
4-6 green Mangoes
1 cup Water
1 tsp Garlic grated
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Vegetable Table Margarine
1/4 tsp Pepper sauce
2 sml Bay leaves

Hot Oil in pot and add 1 tbsp veg table margarine

Add a dash grated garlic

When heated add Curry powder mixed in 4 tbsp water and allow to come to a boil

Add green mango chopped and washed

Add 1 cup of Water, salt, remaining garlic bay-leaves and sugar and mix into Mango and allow to simmer

Add Anchar Masala and stir in well

Add 2 more tbsp brown sugar based on how green the mangoes are. Adjust sugar and salt to taste.
